Jayne Huskisson is an award-winning textile artist living near Rhosneigr on the Isle of Anglesey.

She graduated from Leicester Polytechnic in Fashion/Textile Design BA (Hons) in 1987. Initially Jayne worked as a designer in the fashion business for M&S and NEXT retail before specialising in textiles. She has experience in teaching mixed art and craft workshops for adults and children and gives presentations about her work.

Jayne has exhibited in Ireland and throughout Wales with work held in private collections across the world.

NWSFA summer exhibition 2010 Society Award winner.

The Anglesey Tourism Association "Best Arts and Crafts of the year 2011" Award winner.

She is a committee member of The Anglesey Arts Forum and a member of The International Guild of Silk Painters.

Jayne's work captures the beauty of the Isle of Anglesey and North Wales with a vibrant and contemporary twist. Works include silk paintings, appliqued artwork, and limited and open edition prints and greetings cards.  Commissions are welcome.
