Gillian Dudley-Smith - SBA, Cert. ED, FCPGFS, RHS Silver Gilt Medal

On her retirement Gillian took up botanical painting with the Leicestershire Society of Botanical Illustrators. She became a member and exhibited with them in the Midlands and London gaining a Silver Gilt Medal in their group exhibit.

She moved to North Wales and joined the North Wales Society of Fine Arts exhibitiing with them throughout North Wales and gaining three awards for botanical painting.

She is a botanical artist of Ness Botanic Gardens and was a Fellow of the Chelsea Physic Gardens.

In 2003 she was awarded an RHS Silver Medal and then a Silver Gilt in 2007.

Gillian also holds classes in botanical art near her home.
